Phone Bots in Control

It took me 3 tries and half an hour to finally get to a human being, and all I wanted was a fax number. The computer phone system is a joke unless you have an account, and each menu option you choose takes you to another phone bot that offers more menu options. For such a large bank, this is just stupid and irritating and I will never bank with Chase.

Two tellers, four atm's and a line to the door. How do they expect to get better ratings? No one in this branch likes to use the faceless machines that are slower than a warm smiling teller..

It took an assistant manager 18 minutes to cash a check and make a deposit. That's not entirely true if I add an additional 11 minutes to correct it. Every week I do the same thing, cash a check...

Clearly there's no consistency in customer service. at this branch. Management could use overhaul. Adding some common sense n iq points wouldn't hurt. Probably the poorest operated chase branch.
