They had me waiting or 50 mins before a banker approached me.. ridiculous!! Not only that the banker who did "help" me was not very nice. Worst chase In 20 years I've had them.

This is the most disgusting chase I have ever been inside of. The minute I walked in, the smell of urine hit me. It literally smells like homeless people live in here. This is the 2nd time I have visited this location, and the smell is still here. I walked in at 9:02am, literally 2 minutes after opening, and was already waiting …

This place is insanely busy. I hate coming here. I came in on Sunday evening to use the ATM but it was down and not working. The line at the wall up ATM was 25+ people. I can't use a non Chase ATM or they will charge me $2.50, and that's on top of the ATM fee. I guess it's time to find a new bank.
