I have not been able to use my service since mid-march. I called their support lines at least 15 times on a PREPAID cell phone which cost me a great deal of money only to be laughed at and hung up on.

They promised me for three months they would fix my problem and when I continued to have it they laughed and said there was nothing else they could do and when I told them they needed to fix...

You guys are terribly rude. Likely the people who only EVER leave bad reviews and when you get things you like, never review it at all.
I've had Charter for 2 years now and have never had better service. I left them for Verizon in Apple Valley who destroyed my property and racked up a HUGE bill for some BS Fios no faster than anything I've ever had.
Charter has consistently given me the best...

I was going to use Charter internet because they are the only one in my area that offer high speed besides satellite internet and they totally screwed up the order from day 1...It took me 2 weeks to even try to get service. Charter SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!
You can never talk to a american.
They don't understand a word you say.
They screw up your bill in the worst way.
When I first signed up they charged me from the day I called to get service not the day they installed my service which was 3 weeks later.
DO NOT US CHARTER EVER EVER EVER!!!!

Charter Communications is the worst experience I have ever had dealing with a service orientated business. I used them for 18 months and was never late on a bill even after service interuptions that I should have been credited for and never was. After having to leave the High Desert, I called Charter to cancel my services and was finally put through to customer service in the United States...
