If I could give it less than one star I would, only use charter because I am forced to untill At&t uverse comes threw here. So many problems that It would take a half hour to read all I would write. Stay away at all cost

This company has extremely rude customer service and make it extremely difficult to discontinue service! I would not recommend!

This company's customer service is horrible. The cable service in Morgan Hill has the technology from the 80's (no digital signals except for the movie channels and no HD). Cancelled the cable service only and they wiped out my email account! Took them 2 months to admit that they can not restore or recover a thing. Everytime I contacted customer service I got the feeling they could care...

If you're moving into capitola and you want an internet connection that completely fails on a regular basis, or slows horribly, with very poor customer service, and cable tv that has 1/100th the selections offered by dish network, go with Charter. They have an infrastructure problem in Capitola that results in your internet connection just flat going down, or horrendously slowing down. And...
