Definitely affordable prices in s safe neighborhood, considering it is right behind John Stricker Middle School. Very convenient to restaurants and shops as well as Baltimore City. There have been quite a few maintenance issues with the toilet running, the oven not shutting off, doors easily coming off the hinges, towel racks falling off walls in the bathroom, and windows not being sealed...

I have lived here for almost 2 years and I fairly like it . The neighborhood is pretty good schools and parks nearby community pool I'd say my issues are more the out of date windows and sliding door they are extremely hard to open and close one of my windows doesn't even open I would also have to say the cabinets are out of date nd the placement of the dishwasher is awkward makes it hard to...

I have lived at Charlesmont Apartments for over a year now and still love it. My apartment is great and just big enough for me. The 1 bedroom apartments have a pretty big bedroom (which I love!). If any maintenance is needed, they are usually out to fix whatever you need within 24-48 hrs (non emergency maintenance). I have never needed them for an immediate response, so I cannot offer any...
