Billing Dept horrible, rude, and does not return calls

Billing Dept (MaryBell) was incompetent and rude. The Billing supervisor, Magdelena Rivea, never even bothers to return a call for simple questions. I hope PAMF management reads these complaints as there really isn't an easy way to locate anybody to raise the complaints to.

I am in my 40's and generally in good health. I recently have a stomach problem and want to see a physician. Called in and the lady answering the phone became impatient about my questions on the selection of doctor among all the listed. We miss her. She was PCP to our whole family in California for several years. Except for one agonizing instance of waiting and waiting to hear back from her just for getting copies of our medical records for INS purposes, she was generally very responsive. Very nice and competent lady.

I found a best gynecologist for me I went there as one of my friend recommand him he is very nice and gentle.he is very knowleagable and most importantly he makes everybody very comfortable.the fees is little high but worth it Iam very satisfied with this doctor thats why I would highly recommand him to all of you who are looking for a good gynecologist and who lives or works near to this area.
