Rude old lady works here!!!!
There is a very rude and belittling woman that works there. She is just mean!!!
Her husband the owner of this company is fantastic and helpful, but how he can live with her is beyond me!!!

Yeah, I'm actually the clerk that helped you, and by clerk I mean the daughter of the owner who's been around screens and doors my entire life. I know what molding on a screen door is. The molding on a screen door is the piece of wood that is placed over the area where the screening material (Usually aluminum) is stapled to the wood frame of the door. The frame is the actual piece(s) of wood that makes up the outside of the door.
When I called you I explained that the molding (Which was scalloped) was rotted out and couldn't be replaced, so we were going to make an aluminum insert screen...
