This was my first time purchasing a Lexus. Our sales associate Laura Carman was courteous and helpful. She was extremely personable. She texted and emailed me to keep me posted during the sale and service of my vehicle. Even though I purchased a ""pre-owned"" I was treated like I was buying the most expensive car on the lot by both the sales and service depts.
