Absolutely Nuts!!! Asked about my Grandaughters I Pod they say we fix them ok just needed to be Restored it is about a 5 minute fix!! He said it would be 35.00$ REALLY!! THATS ridiculous I wish I paid 35.00 every 5 mins. And then when I tried to ask a question he said you have to figure that out yourself Mam. I wonder if they get any business??: Hope not.............

I just want to say that Charisma has always been very respectfull and profesional when I needed them. They have worked on my gaming system several times and have been very informative with what they were doing and why. I have to say that the system they built for me is much better that the store bought one that failed rather quickly. I would and have recomend them to anyone wanting a quality...
