As cozy as your friend's rowhouse, but with much better scones, this cafe serves up bakery classics paired with modern art. Pit stoppers sip free-trade coffee at the window counter perfect for people watching, while culture vultures roam the four spacious rooms, nibbling on pastries and checking out the work of local artists, which is switched out every month or so.
