We arrived for 730 dinner reservations as the Saturday night "rush" appeared to be ending. Everything from the hostess's greeting to the warm and romantic New Orleans ambiance was wonderful! I was a little hesitant to try Chappy's after reading some of the reviews, but one of my favorite talk radio hosts highly recommends it, so I gave it a try. Our family was having a special night out and taking our son to a play. We visited Chappy's hoping to have a memorable meal to make the day even more special. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case.
