Most clean and fully equipped Conference rooms
I needed to use a conference room for a meeting and after searching around in Orange; I found that Chapman Suites had the most clean and fully equipped and professional conference rooms for my presentations, for a great price. I would definitely recommend Chapman Suites to any business owner.

Slow Internet
Although they advertise T-1 speed, there are about 100 people using the internet access. As a result, it crawls during the day if you need Web access. There was no hot water in kitchen or restroom for my entire stay. You also CANNOT take your business number with you if it goes through their switchboard, unless you agree to a LARGE exit fee when you leave. In other words, you bust your butt to expand your business, and Cary Podell holds your number to see how much he can squeeze out of you when you leave. If you pay, it can go. If you don't pay his price, you start over.

The girls are super friendly and they go the extra mile to accommodate the tenants' needs and requests.
