Channel Cafe is an excellent place for lunch. Nice, healthy salads and delicious sandwiches and entrees. Location is very convenient to Children's Museum and not so far from the Institute of Contemporary Art - both in the Fort Point Channel district. Great deserts too!

This is a great place to visit for lunch or for dinner. Although service can be slow at times, the food makes up for it! Everyting tastes fresh and they always have interesting new daily specials. The space is also interesting and it helps relax, specially if you work in the area. It is busy starting at 12 PM, but if you can arrive 10-15 mins early you will have no problem getting a seat.
