I recently had surgery at Chandler Regional and had an amazing experience. From the moment that I entered the hospital at the surgery waiting room I knew that I was in good hands. Jack, a volunteer, was wonderful and so very kind. The nurses in pre-op were fun and helpful in making me feel calm. (Thanks Andie!) I was staff at CRH. An experienced ER RN. The quality of care, the knowledge and skill of the staff, the 5-6 hour waits, a different person in your room every half hour, the understaffing (nurses get a taste of CRH and get out while they still have a license-that's why they are so understaffed), all contribute to poor care and inappropriate care by sub-standard healthcare 'professionals'. Today I had a couple exams.....blood work and mammogram. Person could not get my blood, so kept digging and digging...into my muscle, finally decided to try again same arm different spot....got it, then a bit later the thing was bleeding like crazy!...then mammogram time... lady couldn't figure their program its a new system so somewhat understandable......well 2 strikes already, should have... more
