I recently had surgery at Chandler Regional and had an amazing experience. From the moment that I entered the hospital at the surgery waiting room I knew that I was in good hands. I was staff at CRH. An experienced ER RN. The quality of care, the knowledge and skill of the staff, the 5-6 hour waits, a different person in your room every half hour, the understaffing (nurses get a taste of CRH and get out while they still have a license-that's why they are so understaffed), all contribute to poor care and inappropriate care by sub-standard healthcare 'professionals'.
