You can really only rate a place by going there yourself. Champs has been around for 25 years. It is as good as ever. The staff have worked there for years. Its a great place and loaded with characher. The prices are more than reasonable. Just compare them to some of the modern places who charge way more for domestic beers than they do. Relaxed, clean and service is fine. Had no problem with the servers, they were ok. The beer is good and they were willing to change the channels. Talked to some of the guys in there, they know their sports. Good place to hang if you like to talk sports and drink beer. It's ok for LA.
