OAKLAND LOCATION: Be cautious!

The mechanics at the OAKLAND location of this company's shop are unreliable and dishonest. Took a bike in to diagnose an oil drip, turned out to just be an overflowing reservoir. With relief and excitement we were able to pickup the bike the next hour just as promised! Well, long story short, after nearly being killed pulling out of their driveway as the bike stalled we turned it right around...
