This apartment deserves 3 stars, it's not the best place but it's not the worst. I've had several upsetting things happen here, such as my car being urinated on, my water bill being near 500 dollars, and my tires slashed. On the plus side, this place is cheap. There is a really good property manager named Cara. She legitimately seems to care about the residents here. Neighbors keep an eye out...

I've been here since March 05. Apartments are big, maintenance always responds quickly and the people are very friendly. I love it.

Nothing works!

Nothing ever works. I've lived here for 10 months now and the gate has only worked for 3 months and not a straight 3 months it's off and on. When it does work the code isn't working so unless you have a card your not getting in. So if you have guest comming over, you have to walk out to the gate and open it yourself. Alot of the equipment in the fitness center is broken and it takes them months to fix it. The hot tub is always cold and the pool has got mold on the sides. The staff is very rude as well. I do NOT recomend this apartment complex.
