Champion is way overated. Their salesmen touted its window as the number # in the market. I checked ratings from NFRC and found out that there are other windows equal or better in energy efficiency. Beware of their salesmen. They are?

I have a lifetime warranty on my windows and my bow window is only years old. It is leaking, windows won't close, window is drooping falling off the bolts, seat pad inside is starting to mold...i called them recently because i noticed?
