Local Breakfast Joint
Champagne is a small neighborhood cafe that is typically very busy for breakfast. They have good coffee, croisants, danishes, eggs, etc. at quite affordable rates. Also, Champagne has some French sandwiches, salads, etc. for a fast lunch. It's the kind of place where people in the neighborhood congregate for a cup of coffee and to read the paper.
