Do not even deserve a 1 star

This company has ruined a family ring - i took a ring on for a new stone new prong and shank (band), well the top of the ring was fine and said mom on it - they ruined the word mom, there are cracks where the shank was done and a crack in the mom - they refused to give money back - then wanted more time to fix they had (had a total of 42 days) - still looks horrible, 3 other jewelers stated this is a terrible job, will have to take to smaill claims to get back $ it will cost to repair the damage they did.
