He is rude, condescending, insensitive, does NOT listen to the patient or family members, lacks empathy and compassion, and his bedside manner is non-existent. He was cold, rude, and didnt seem to care at all. He spent just a few minutes with us and didnt have a shred of concern for us. Cancer is a terrible diagnosis and his lack of empathy just made it worse. There are so many bad reviews similar to this one so I wonder who manages his behavior

I called Dr. Sanchez' office on August 13,2018, to get the results of an ultra-sound.

When Dr. Sanchez' assistant called me back she said "Before you complain about us, you might want to hang up your phone".

Apparently, I had not hung up my phone but had commented that "Here I was
again, waiting for someone to call me back".

Dr. Crum is great. He is excellent with kiddos and a very good doctor. I trust him with my little one. I know he will care for her like i would. The only thing that makes me sad is that it's hard to get an appointment with him sometimes and he is one of the only doctors I trust with my little girl.
