Waited for 30 mins in the cold for it to open, even though it was 30 mins after the time they advertised. Don't advertise you open at 9am if you're not going to.

The shop is closed when it is supposed to be open. I've arrived with an SUV full of boxes, for drop off and no one is here to accept them or even answer the phone. Go elsewhere!
