Extremely poor customer service, follow up and honoring warranty to address problems. Unprofessional crew and attempted price gouging on cost of wood for deck ( quoted $150 for a 12x4x2 plank of wood that Lowes sales for $7.95). Not a trustworthy company to do business with and I have filed formal complaints with the BBB and Attorney General.

Apparently their crew chief thinks he knows more about painting than we do. BS. He started saying everything they couldn't do and wouldn't do. He cannot read the contract. Long story short, they did a fair job in one day. Still overpriced in my opinion and we had to finish some sanding and touch up.

Hired Certa Pro painters to paint exterior of home back in 2014. I didnt want to review until time had passed to see quality of paint/work. We have approx 1300 sq ft home. Just paint and materials was around $2300. They used Porter Paints Glidden (PPG). Had to verify statement of work/estimate - we had wood rot that had to be replaced. Especially around gutters, etc. I had to be sure all of it...
