Overall the quality is one of the worst around in Plano.

Safety is down due to shootings, rapes, fights, and loud noise. There are police cars constantly paroling this area but that matter alone does not help the safety of the students since they always seem to not be around when a threat has been observed. The management is not responsive it seems and there have been many negative reports on them from former residents.
