OK, this dubious character also sells and installs carpet & flooring.Now the work done was fine, once it was completed. However after getting it about half done, then nearly abandoning the job, stalling with several trumped up and utterly childish excuses for the delay then the threat of legal action should it not be done NOW! ( a week late), he finally complied.
