chinatown is always the best place to get jewelry. The jewelry compared to zales or kay are practically similar but the prices are much better. You get to bargain with the store and they make sure you are satisfied with the jewelry. They also give you proof of authcienty.

This is a good jewelry store with a wide selection of jewelry. They have both american and chinese style jewelry. Their sales people are courteous. Their quality is better than Macy's or Zales. I got a good deal on a 1 ct diamond solitaire for $10,000. It was appraised for $14,500. But like all jewelry stores in canal street you have to bargain for the best price. This is a great spot for a gift for mom, dad, birthday, anniversary, etc. Their prices are great and they have an array of jewerly to choose from. Don't be afraid to bargain as you can get the price down considerably.
