There is absolutely no way that I'd ever recommend this place to anyone. Their staff was somewhat friendly, but they didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I had to look around for a long time before I finally saw their credentials hanging on the wall. It seemed weird that they would make it so hard to find. Wonderful facility! I would recommend it to anyone who wants to get back on their feet and return to their normal life! Everyone helped me reach my goal!

The staff at the Manor are caring and considerate. They are respectful of my dignity and privacy. The therapy department got me back on my feet and home again! They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. I have had family members that have went through the Bounce Back therapy program and had excellent experiences with this nursing home.
