I got some sunflowers for my girlfriend's birthday through their website a couple of weeks in advance, but then a couple of days before the original delivery date I emailed them asking to have it delivered one day earlier, which they had no problem doing. They also sent me an email letting me know the flowers had been delivered, and gave my girlfriend a call to make sure she got them. Thanks!

I have used different florist in attempt to find someone who would not confuse the addressed. This florist happened to be it. Others have confused the address with the next city over. I did not order flowers, but rather a fruit basket, which arrived in top shape accompanied by baloon and a card as ordered. I have received an e-mail today when the order was delivered. It was a Sunday and my daughters birthday. We had sent her gifts from NY to Boston to be delivered overnight, two days prior to Sunday. To our surprise the post office did not deliver the gifts as promised. Here is my daughter along ways from home and no gifts.
