Horrid experience

First off, I arrived ontime for my 1:45 appointment, and was not called in until 2:40. I was going to give it until 2:45 then I was out of there, wish I hadn't waited. The front desk person was very impersonal. I asked for a cup of water and it seemed like the request just ruined her whole day! I guess that is why I only got 1/2 of a dixie cup of water. Anyway... So I was already anxious...
