Excruciatingly high premiums Cancelled my commercial policy with out notice Steve has little or no customer service experience...I've had countless insurance policies, both commercial and residential and never have i ever experienced this level of incompetence.

Terrible customer service. Insurance was cancelled without one notification. Found out from mortgage company. We thought we had paid in full until it was already cancelled without us having the...
