ok, this is really a market, where you'll find some super fresh fish; they even make up some fresh sushi trays for sale, but they sell out fast so I've only been lucky enough to nab one a handful of times, but there's also a take-out restaurant of sorts - there are lots of tables, but you may find it disconcerting to eat in lol although there's lots watch! For people who don't seldom make the drive to downtown Fresno, get in your car and check it out. The location of the shop isn't necessarily the best but the food is great.

I like this spot enough to visit at least once a month or so!

It's a market, a fish market. One of the better one I have been to. They usually have a good selection of fish. They have a restaurnat on site that serves up good Japanese stuff. Downside; the place smells of fish and it's not the cleanest place. Try the shrimp tempura.
