OVERPRICED and AWFUL customer service

They charge around $250 labor plus they will charge for parts they did not use. They did not fix the problem in my boat. The repair took them a few minutes to accomplish. Reynolds said they ran tests that never occurred. They told me that I had a bad battery, and they replaced it with a used one for an extra $150 dollars. I DID NOT ASK FOR THE BATTERY!!! They said they would not take it back...
