Our newly-built home under war...

Our newly-built home under warranty had several issues. The co-owner kept "tap dancing" and stalling when they were brought to his attention. He sent teenagers to make "band aid" repairs. Typical contractor who tries to disappear once he receives the money at close of escrow. Has made many homeowners angry in the Hearst subdivision.
