Staff at this retailer are about as knowledeable about cell phones as my 80-year-old grandma. Absolutely no help with my phones malfunctions. I bought it at the store less than a year ago. Could not even direct me to where I could have it fixed and could not find my records.

Slow service, over 1 hour to take care of 1 customer, Phones and chargers are never in stock, always need to be ordered, Normal courtesy phone calls are not done, and can't seem to manage the most menial of tasks like printing a receipt.
