There is a real problem here. The tents is the problem. It doesn't matter how many complaints you get the landlord will never act. She always say if they pay there rent it's nothing she can do. But what about the safety of the children. They smoke and sell drugs to children. She know all this is going on so maybe she is the ringleader of it all. We need the head people of the apartments out...

Cedar Ridge is great now. Things have been a lot better since we got a new Maintenance Man. He keeps everything clean, you dont see garbage out in the parking lot anymore. I had so many issues in my apartment that had not been fixed in years. As soon as he got here he fixed it all.

This place is a he'll hole and the staff here plus the owners treat us like crap, slumlords is what they are!

Things have changed a lot here. Maintenence is seen constantly outside fixing apartments. I had a problem with my sink leaking last week and it was fixed that day. I see the new manager keeping an eye on the property and kicking out the people that shouldn't be here. Manager & Maintenence come with the pest control people to make sure they spray realy good. The laundryroom is cleaned way more...
