The LG washer/dryer combination sucks...it takes hours to dry towels and burns holes in your clothes. The water is based off of the complex and the cost they incur then they portion that off to residents without knowing how much water each resident used. Therefore, the cost of water varies greatly each month. The staff is less than accommodating...if you've ever lived at another brookside...

Apartments are very clean along with the grounds.In the apartment you do not hear out side noise.Appliances are new. The apartments are off the main road I'm a country like setting but very close to everything. Great place to live

Management staff is way underqualified to run a community. Vendors have bills that have not been paid in months.. They tell you anything to get you in the door.. Save yourself a headache..

Old, trying to upgrade but charging "new" rents per month. Insist on seeing the unit you will rent not a model...there are MUCH better facilities close by for lower costs.
