I was going to write a very negative review; but I will only say that the negative reviews I read are right on target. I couldn't say it better! If you're smart, you'll stay as far away from the nail technician as possible! Awful customer relations!! If I could give NO STAR, I would.

I bought the groupon for Caviar and was a little wary after reading these negative reviews. I had Fasha give me a pedicure and shellac manicure. Fasha was nice and we had a lot to talk about. She did talk and text on her phone, which I thought was odd. But the salon is very clean and my nails look good. Basically, this is nicer than your average nail salon, but it's not as good as Goulds.
