This place must really be hit or miss with the customer service. Either you love it or you hate it. I HATED it. Stellar customer service! Ask for Chelsea to help you find the perfect boot with the perfect fit for you. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. The prices are competitive and the selection is nice. I love my new pair of Old Gringos! I will come back the next time I'm in town.
