I am new to the area with little to no experience on the local contractors in the area. After searching many many companies online, Catseye had the total package. From their informative website to their wonderful educated staff.

I had an issue with carpenter ants that i never experienced before. I called catseye after dealing with other companies that just wanted to basically tell me i would never live pest free. I called catseye for a price to get rid of mice. The guy came and went up in the attic. After about 5 minutes he came down and told me the problem was not mice it was squirrels nesting and bats. He said it would be about $9,000 to get the bats out and fix the holes and he wanted to replace my insulation because it was soiled from the animals. He said it was a pressing health issue and a fire hazard that the squirrels were chewing the wires. After he left I called two other pest control companies and they both said there were no signs of bats or squirrels. I was quite shocked. I had the...

Cat Guard System Doesn't Work

We recently spent THOUSANDS of $$ on the Cat Guard System by Cats Eye. We were guarenteed that the mouse issue would be solved for good. Immediately after they installed the system, we could hear mice activity in the attic. We had several different crews come out at several different times however we could still occasionally hear scratching inside the walls. We were reasurred they were not mice... wind, shoddy carpentry, anything but mice.

The sound was driving us crazy so we decided to set a few traps of our own and within a day we caught several mice! I've now left 4 messages for...
