Moist cake, rich custard, and the icing that you just can't stop eating because it's neither too sweet nor bland, it's perfect. This is heaven for rum cake lovers. And if you haven't tasted it, I think you are missing out.
Special occasions are always a good excuse to order their cakes. Yes, they are not cheap but they are absolutely worth it. Last weekend I ordered two birthday cakes and I counted the days till I could pick them up, and then until I could get a slice. My favorite flavor is chocolate chocolate rum. If you're not into that, they have other flavors."

I picked up a Food Tray from Cathy's Rum Cake yesterday - It was incredible! We had some family members from out of town and it was so easy to have the food trays delivered so we could eat and visit.
