Called in and they made an appointment for me right away. After they saw that my cat was ill, she went over the procedure and explained everything in full detail. I had to make an appointment for my sick kitty last minute and I was in the office 45 minutes later! I had less than a 10 minute wait when I got there! Dr. McKinstry was so kind, handled my cat very well (he didn't even freak out at all like he has with other doctor's, he was calm the whole time!), she gave me advice on the types of food he should be taking and even helped teach me how to clip... more

We've been taking our kitties to Dr. McKinstry and her staff for over 4 years and I couldn't imagine taking them to anyone else in the City. They truly care, and will go above and beyond to help!
