This is the best veterinarian office I have ever experienced. The staff is knowledgeable, and each staff member provides care with compassion and sensitivity, from the front desk to the techs to the veterinarians themselves. I Love CHAT. So do my 3 cats. I sometimes stop by just to say hi to the people and the cats who are there waiting for adoption. It is always inviting, clean, and I enjoy all of the cat art and decorations. I have one cat who used to require 3 techs for a claw trim, she was so agitated. Now, she sits still while it is done. CHAT seriously has the nicest staff humanly possible. You can tell that each and every member of their team truly loves cats, and my cats love them! They never whine when they go to the vet, because they know they will be cared for, pet, loved, and played with. My cats even give the staff what I call Kitten Kisses. Such a warm environment!
