I took my last cat there for six years and have always been impressed with the quality and care. After my cat passed away (she was suffering from kidney failure), they let me stay with her for a while, gave me some resources for pet grief support groups, and even sent me a sympathy card.

The Cat Doctor's expertise is unmatched. Even the admissions staff are extremely knowledgeable people who obviously love cats. They know our cats and have been a font of useful tips on any topic we have ever had reason to ask about.

The Cat Doctor does suffer from a cumbersome super-duper computer information system and using it correctly is obviously not the core area of staff competence. ... more

Dr Christensen was screaming at the staff, with her arms flying and jumping up and down because the food and toy was not put in the right place, the receptionist was crying.
