This is Arla Pribnow again and I was a little hard on Dr Castellaw in my review. He is a fine Christian man and is very nice for the very few minutes I see him. I just feel lost in such a big , somewhat impersonal (using mychart or phone messages) and things get lost or confused going through all the channels..

My family has gone to Dr. Castellaw for years. You dont find doctors like him anymore. Hes compassionate, caring and a Christian.When no one else can figure out whats going on he can. I highly recommend him. Hes the best! Yes, the wait time may be a little long at times but thats because he is so good and he is very thorough with his patients.

There is no way to talk to a person. You are just transferred from menu to menu and directed to the voice mail system. If you leave a message, it may be hours, days or never when your call is returned!
