I called over to Cashwell because a repair servicer told me they were great. I needed a knob for my washer. The servicer told me to talk to Rhonda she is the knob specialist. I said they have a knob specilist? He said they do. I called and asked for Rhonda the knob specialist and they new who I was talking about. THANKS RHONDA I WILL CALL YOU FOR ALL MY KNOBS FROM NOW ON. \r

I have had problems with many of my GE appliances. After spending almost an hour on the phone with GE service trying to pinpoint model numbers and part numbers for an oven heating element they quoted me a price. It was going to take several days to ship to me and the shipping fee was almost as much as the part. I called Cashwells and they had one in stock for half the price that GE quoted (and no shipping).
