This company is a joke. The actual service for the device is fine but one who takes phone calls and setting up appointments or responding for my email or phone call is absolutely the worst ever.
You have to try at least two or three times to setup appointment or get response back. If they failed to respond on your phone call request, they will simply lie to you that they never received your call or they tried to reach you by phone but you were not available. (I can check my phone log!! I know who missed my call) Highly NOT recommend getting any service from this company!!
