We bought a car from Credit Auto about 3 weeks ago. We started having problems with it starting and called them. We were told that we had to talk to our salesman about it and got his voicemail. He returned our call 4 days later, saying that we signed an as-is form and they couldn't do anything. I understand that buying a used car is a risk but we had it 2 weeks and started having problems. This is regarding the service station... They parked my car in an unacceptable spot caused damage and the Manager was a complete unapologetic jerk. Do not go there!

Our much loved, and cared for old Subaru died on the way to Klamath Falls for trip to the Upper Klamath Canoe Trail--a big bummer. But being towed to Cascade Auto Group was the most pleasant experience I've ever had at a dealer. Dennis in service and David in sales went out of their way to help us make the 220 mile trip home. Would I recommend this dealership for a new purchase or service?...
