Great food, sangria is awesome, definetely coming back. I ordered Merluza a la Vazca, and cremee brulee was out of this world
Phenomenal experience at Casa Vasca this weekend. Service was impeccable. Everyone was so warm and friendly without being obtrusive. From the soup of the day, Caldo Gallego all the way to dessert - it was outstanding. Will be back soon and will bring my entire family. Haven't had this experience at a NJ restaurant in years !!!.
Casa Vasca is a small restaurant in the Ironbound Section of Newark. Small but with Big Flavor! The food and drinks are all great. It's a nice spot to dine at with your special someone or a small group. Enjoy!
Truly unique, wonderful cuisine, very good service, not-so-good decor. Generous portions with lots of lovely traditional extras (the bread is to die for), and very attentive staff. Reasonable prices. However, hard to find a quiet table that's not in the way of something else.
Perfect for a family dinner! Great price, great food I simply love it! Soup delicious and perfect for family

Baked red snapper - head resting proudly on the plate, skin crisp and crackly - a near work of art, and delicious besides.
