This place is the most unsafe and careless I've seen in my life, since I moved here is a lot of bad stuff happening, few days after I moved here like 6 months ago I saw people trying to break in to the cars I reported them at the office and all they told me was to I had to call the police, few days later someone broke into an apartment I went to the office with few...

I love my 1 bedroom, 1 bath apt. After I come home from work I look forward to returning to my apt of zen. It's beautiful and relaxing, clean with new appliances, new carpet, and fantastic neighbors and the best on site manager Alva...there's no place like Casa Tiempo Apts. Oh..and all utilities paid..except Electric...which is maybe 25.00 a month. .I think I will stay awhile.

Ever, you oculd not stop all the ants in your kitchen the termites that literlally come throught the wall the manger Alba Raises the rent every year automatic it goes for paying to make her qapt look good if you ever get to see the mgr apts it looks nothing like the residents apt she took out the spa area and turned it into a flower bed area i suggest if have a proble mwith bugs roaches ants...

I am current tenant and just read the bad review and know its neighbor Sue everyone hear loves Alva and know what this lady Sue put her through - Sue has issues and couldn't live in peace with anyone it is good she moved - we are all glad.
