Excellent Classic Italian Food and Service

We ate here tonight after walking down Court St. The service was excellent, attentive but not intrusive, and friendly with great humor. The appetizers (mussels and calamari) were superb, as were our main coarse pasta dishes. We also loved the food quality and atmosphere but took off 0.5 points relative to some places costing three times as much. We will return, probably quite frequently, here...

Very Very Good

We were at this place yesterday with my husband for the first time. everything was exellent. we ordered fried calamari,and linguini de mara. delicious. and there chocolate mouse cake and teramisu ummm. and order cappuchino. the best cappuchino i ever tried. i love this place. service was good. we didn' t have to wait.

Catering menu

Casa rosa catered dinner party at our home. Tray racks and sternos were delivered the eve before and on the event day, the food arrived hot and ready to eat. No need to heat it before guests arrive.. clams and macaroni were just like mama's. Sausage and peppers were outrageous. Veal parm - excellent, as was the chicken scarp and franhaise. steamed escarole was so tasty Nit ine grain of sand...

Subpar

We ate at this restaurant last night for my husband's birthday and it was poor all around. The appetizer we ordered, Antipasto Caldo, was unappetizing (eggplant was a pile of mush with cheese, mussels weren't good, shrimp had no flavor) and it took forever for the waiter to remove our plate and bring our main entree.
